Application of management strategies based on Indian ethos is
at work in several organisations. The emphasis has been to
create an environment of positive context and sustained
development that ensures long - term growth of the
organisation in harmony with societal objectives and
responsibilities. The approach has worked successfully in over
35 organisations where conventional management techniques have
failed to yeild desired results.
SriSIIM is widening its consultancy base through extensive
interaction with the industry. Many faculty members are
involved in consultancy work and have connections with other
universities, institutions and industries.
In addition, about 80 problem solving projects have been
identified by students in various companies in and around
Delhi.
