Dr. Chauhan is the Director of SirSIIM.He has been awarded Ph.D. from Punjab University, Chanigarh. Before joining SriSIIM; he was heading CMD, Modinagar as its Director. Where in he was part of a lot of path breaking changes Dr.Chauhan has also been responsible for teaching and training at SRC, New Delhi. He has also been Administrative In-charge of Fellow Programme (Ph.D.) & PGPM at MDI, Gurgaon.
In addition he has taught at various esteemed institutions as a visiting and Guest Faculty. He has been involved in several Training and Research programmes carried out by different reputed organizations. Dr. Chauhan is also a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of IMS Group of Institutions. Throughout his teaching carrier, he has taken part in various seminars/Conferences and published innumerable Papers/Articles

Dr. Nandi is the Director of the Institute. He has been awarded Ph.D. in Management from the Deptt. Of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and he has done two years of Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Training Institute of Productivity and Industrial Engineering, Madras and M. Tech in Chemical Engineering & Technology from Calcutta University. Before joining SriSIIM, he was providing Consultancy & Training Services to several organisations and he has over 37 years of work experience in Govt. / Corporate sector. He is Coach –cum-Educator in Strategic Change Management, Business Process Innovation, Quality & Productivity Management.
 

Dr. O.P. Bohra is the Sr. Professor (Economics) of SriSIIM. He was conferred his Doctorate degree by the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

He has started his career from University of Bombay, i.e. just after the completion of his first degree. Following the Master degree he has joined National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, New Delhi. During his association with NIPFP, he has visited Cambridge University, Oxford University and London School of Economics in connection with the collaborative research project at Cambridge. In the following years he was also associated with central finance commission (11th and 12th Finance Commission). as a member of 2nd Manipur State Finance Commission.

His teaching experience encompasses as a guest and visiting faculty at Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurgaon, Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, Fore School of Management, New Delhi,

A strong leader with proven track record in conceptualizing and implementing effective financial processes, efficiency in finalisation of accounts, improving working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls. Strong commercial and business acumen. Adept in development of competitive strategy, negotiation and communication with external agencies, Govt. / Tax authorities, colleagues. In-depth understanding of good Corporate governance, risk Analysis and Indian, International GAAP and IFRS. Returned to India for family reasons. Prof. Tripathi is the Professor, HR & General Management of the Institute. His extensive background in various facets of Human Capital Management/Corporate Management with more than two decades of varied experience in planning, organizing and managing various functional areas including Human Resource infrastructure aligning Strategic functional policies with Corporate objectives. Had been responsible for project management, Business Process Re-engineering / process management & Consultancy services for various facets of infrastructure and developmental activities.

Prof. (Dr) S C Jain joined Sri SIIM as Controller of Examinations. He holds doctorate degree in Finance with M. Com, and M.A. (Economics). He has very rich and diversified experience of more than 28 Years in Indian Air Force, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India (15 Years) and  in Academics.

(13+ Years) as Senior Faculty, With a brief period in Corporate (Reliance Infocomm & Tata – AIG).

He was appointed continuously by Uttar Pradesh Technical University as Evaluator for MBA & MCA in January 2007 at SCM, Lucknow and as External Examiner for MBA Project-Viva in June 2006 at various Reputed Institutes in Delhi – NCR (IILM, Apeejay, Harvard at Greater Noida).

He is authoring books on Finance & Accounting for MBA & MCA in association with Prentice Hall of India, New Delhi.

Prior to joining Sri SIIM he was working in JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida as Senior faculty in Finance.  He has taught various papers of Specialization in Finance and  Accounting at Various Institutes at Delhi & NCR as Core Faculty as well as  Visiting Faculty.

Prof. Iyer is the Associate Professor, General Management & HR of SriSIIM. She is a middle level HR Professional in Human Resource Development with background in consulting, teaching and training. She has completed her MBA-HR in June,2004 from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and Master’s in Science (Mathematics) in June,1992 from Osmania University and also done Bachelor in Education in June, 1996 from Annamalai University. Her area of interest is HR, Project Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Teaching & Training.

Mrs. Khera, is the Lecturer – Marketing & Retail of SriSIIM. Before joining SriSIIM she was providing coaching for BBA and CA students at Commerce Academy and she has over two years teaching experience with different Institutions. She has done MBA (Marketing) from Institute of Marketing & Management, New Delhi. Her area of interest includes Marketing, Personality Development, Communication, Business Management, etc.

Mrs. Alka Sanjeev, is the lecturer IB & Operations of SriSIIM. She has done BE(Civil) from Punjab Engineering College, Panjab University and completed her MBA with specialisation in International Business from University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has three years of work experience in corporate Sector. Her area of interest includes Marketing.
