Best Outgoing Student Award 2006

Beginning from the year 2003, "Vidyanidhi Prathistanan" Foundation introduced a gold plated Patron's plaque to the best outgoing student, on the occasion of 100th birth year of Late Shri Vidyanidhi V.S. Ramachandra Sastry, a staunch and close devotee of Sringeri Math.

Shri V.S. Sastry was a scholar of the highest order, a member of the Sanskrit commission of Government of India and Principal of BHU. His son, Shri V.R. Gowrishankar, Chairman of Managing Committee, SriSIIM has given this award for the year 2005 to Ms. Komal, topper of the 9th PGDBM (2004-2006) batch.
